  • Payment Terms for Bulk Orders: For bulk and custom orders, a deposit may be required at the time of order placement, with the balance due upon completion or as specified in the contract.

  • Currency: All transactions are processed in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified. Customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their financial institution.

  • Payment Confirmation: Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your transaction. Please retain this confirmation for your records.

  • Late Payments: Late payments may be subject to additional fees and interest charges as outlined in the invoice or contract. Continued late payment may result in order cancellation.

  • Invoice Requests: Customers can request an invoice for their purchase. Invoices will be sent via email.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

  • Each product may have a separate delivery date due to different production lead times.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

  • The buyer is entitled to terminate the contract if the delivery of goods is delayed by more than 30 days.

  • Should there be a delay in the delivery of goods, the buyer may only terminate the contract if All With Print has been expressly informed of the critical nature of the delivery deadline.

  • We offer free shipping within continental Europe. However, the prices displayed on our website do not include transportation charges for orders from outside continental Europe. These additional shipping costs will be applied separately.

  • All With Print is not liable for any delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or other events deemed force majeure. In such instances, we will make every reasonable effort to inform customers of the delay and provide an estimated delivery date, but we cannot guarantee timely delivery under these conditions.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility for Returns: Custom products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or with printing errors. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Return Process: If you receive a damaged or incorrectly printed item, please contact us at hello@allwithprint.com within 14 days of receipt. Include photos and details of the issue. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly printed.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

  • Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

  • Custom Orders: Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or incorrectly printed.

  • Cancellation Policy: There is a brief period between placing your order and approving the artwork where we can collaborate to stop the order. Please be aware that once the artwork has been approved, we will not be able to issue a refund, as the packaging will already be in production and printing will have commenced.
